10 Years Strong.
Over the past ten years since launching Watershed, it has been incredible to look back and see all that God has done among us. What began as a step of faith has grown into a life-giving church marked by countless baptisms, souls saved for Jesus, and stories of lives being healed, restored, and completely changed by His grace.
As Watershed looks toward the next decade, we believe God is calling us to make an even greater impact for Jesus locally and globally.
01. Pay off the Debt
A 10 Year Journey of Perseverance and Provision…
When Watershed Church first launched in 2015, our congregation was a mobile church, faithfully gathering each week in a hotel ballroom. Those early days laid a strong foundation of unity, flexibility, and faith that continue to shape the church today.
In 2016, Watershed transitioned into a gymnasium, where we gathered for Sunday services for the next two and a half years. During this season, God led us to find the buildling that would become a permanent home of Watershed Church.
In 2017, Watershed Church moved into its permanent facility, marking a significant milestone in the life of the church. Having a lasting home has been a tremendous blessing, providing stability for our congregation and creating greater opportunities to serve and impact the surrounding community.
We are actively working to pay off the remaining debt on our building, believing financial freedom will unlock greater ministry potential. Eliminating this debt will allow Watershed to focus more fully on serving people, expanding outreach, and investing in the mission God has called it to fulfill.
3 Steps to Building a Legacy.
To step into the next season of ministry and growth, Watershed has identified a clear three-step plan that will position the church for lasting impact.

02. Improve our Space
Watershed Church has outgrown its current 10,000-square-foot facility, as ministry needs and congregation growth continue to expand. This growth highlights the urgent need for more space to accommodate worship, programs, and community impact.
Greater Space. Greater Impact.
Plans are underway to expand into the remaining space of the building to increase ministry capacity and impact. Here is just one example of how we can transform our layout into something incredible.
Areas that need Expansion:
Worship Center
Our current Worship Center where all Sunday services gather can seat approximately 160 guests. We have come close to reaching that number in attendance time and time again, making it very difficult to accomodate families during full services.
The proposed expanded version of our Worship Center would seat over 500 individuals which would be an amazing opportunity to reach more people for Jesus.
Watershed Kids
Our current children’s space is in need of enlargement to better serve the growing number of families in our church. By expanding, we can create more engaging environments for kids and reach even more families, helping them connect with Christ and become part of our church community.
The proposed expanded version of Watershed Kids creates larger classrooms, check in areas, and even an indoor play area for our children to enjoy.
Main Lobby and Offices
Our main lobby is in desperate need of expansion to provide more space for congregating before and after services, creating a welcoming environment for fellowship and connection. Larger offices will also allow for more counseling opportunities and accommodate additional staff as our ministry continues to grow.
03. Operate the Next Three Years
In addition to raising the funds needed to pay off debt and complete the expansion, Watershed must continue to faithfully operate over the next three years. As ministry opportunities increase and more people are reached, the annual budget and staff will continue to grow, making consistent tithes and offerings essential to the ongoing work of the church.
Giving to the general fund cannot pause during this season, as it sustains daily ministry and operations, while we trust God to provide the remaining needs of the campaign through faithful generosity.
