A word from Pastor David:
LEGACY X has begun! You ask, “What is that?” Legacy X is our capital campaign and vision for the next three years. We need to raise $5 Million…I know…that’s a lot of money! All of us think that it is a lot. Let me remind you of two important truths. The vision given to me, our staff, and our leadership for these three years will bolster us to new heights. They will empower us for the better part of the next 10 years. Again remember these truths:
Nothing with God is impossible! Luke 1:37
With God all things are possible. Matt. 19:26 and Mark 9:23
One case was Mary talking to an angel about her conception. The other was Jesus speaking about miracles and salvation. If God can do those things, then He can make it possible for us to complete this vision. So with that…we believe by faith that Legacy X is possible.
We have three pieces to the campaign that will be necessary, and most likely they will be happening somewhat simultaneously:
GIVING CAMPAIGN – LEGACY X GOALS 2025–2028 ($5 Million)
Debt: Eliminate Our Debt
Improvements: Remodel and expand our space
Operations: Annual Budget for 3 Years
All of these add up to the $5 Million! I am looking forward to see how God will address these needs over the next three years. As your pastor, I believe God will do it. Join me as we pray together over the next month to see what God will do.
Also, don’t forget to RSVP for Vision Night — November 2 at 6 PM. It will be an exciting time of questions and discussion. You will not want to miss this event!

Celebrating 10 Years of Watershed!
This month we celebrate 10 years of God’s faithfulness! From the earliest days, Watershed has been about following Jesus, building relationships, and being present in our community. We honor those who have walked this journey and celebrate the new season God is launching. The past decade has been incredible, and we believe even greater things are ahead.
Life Groups – Where Community Happens
Our Fall semester of Life Groups is in full swing. Groups at Watershed are built around community.
We offer women’s, mixed, military, recovery, and all-around groups.
No matter your season of life, there’s a place for you to connect and walk with others!
Kids Ministry – Welcome Sarah Lugo!
We’re excited to celebrate a new season in Kids Ministry with Sarah Lugo as our new Kids Ministry Director. She is leading our Sunday mornings, equipping volunteers, and helping kids grow in their love for Jesus.
Watershed Youth – Wednesday Nights
Watershed Youth meets every Wednesday from 6:30–8:00 PM. Students in grades 6–12 are diving into a new series, Unafraid, about trusting God in uncertain times. Our youth ministry is growing, and we are thankful for the leaders and students who are showing up faithfully.
Fall Fest 2025!
Save the date for Fall Fest — Saturday, October 25 from 3–6 PM. This is one of our favorite community events of the year, filled with fun, games, and connection. Life Groups will be hosting activity tables, and we can’t wait to see our church family and neighbors together!

If you’ve been thinking about getting baptized, now is the time.

Partnering with Agape Ministries – First Sundays
We now partner with Agape Ministries to provide food and clothing for families in our community.

Clothing Needs
- New tops & bottoms
- New underwear
- New socks
Bring your donations with you on the first Sunday of the month and place them in the collection area at church.
Monthly Resource: What Brings You Joy?
Each month we’ll share a resource, challenge, or activity designed to help you grow in faith and in life.
For October, we’re giving you a simple tool called “What Brings You Joy?” It’s a short fill-out sheet that invites you to pause, reflect, and write down what sparks joy in your life!
Download the PDF, take a few minutes to fill it out, and keep it somewhere you’ll see it often.
Let it serve as a reminder of God’s goodness in your everyday life.
